Feasibility analysis
Our technical office collaborates with all company departments to check feasibility and to search for the best technical solutions to achieve the product and target required.

Prototyping and flow simulations
We assist our customers with prototyping and subsequent testing, also using certified external laboratories, to offer a comprehensive service. We use analysis software to simulate flow and deformation simulations that let us analyse the critical issues and implement improvement activities before going ahead with the manufacture of the equipment.

Industrialisation
We industrialise the required product in order to obtain a high performance equipment in all its characteristics, guaranteeing a stable and repeatable process throughout the life of the equipment.

Mould construction
Moulds and equipment are manufactured and followed entirely by our technical office during all stages of the process and, when needed, by partner companies whose services we have been using for over 20 years. We offer a solid and efficient partnership with state-of-the-art solutions.
We use GANTT to follow the work steps of the equipment. We handle different mould specifications with different types of steels and heat treatments to be flexible on the market and offer our customers a wide range of products.

PPAP and sampling
In order to guarantee our customers a well-executed product, within the required and predefined timeframe, we follow the PPAP and APQP methodology that enables us to achieve all objectives.
The sampling of the moulds we make is carried out at our factory, so that we have the activities under control from the outset, enabling an efficient supply chain during mass production.
The approval of the samples is followed entirely by our specialised team, from the foundry, through machining to testing and to metrology. All documentation is stored within our management system, and the data can be found and consulted at any time.

Mass production
Following our process, the technical department in collaboration with the management department is ready to tackle mass production, with a robust, well-organised and repeatable process.
